Job Description JD: Model Development and Deployment: - Design, implement, and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection tasks. - Develop deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for image recognition, NLP, and other applications. - Deploy machine learning models into production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Flask, FastAPI, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Data Analysis and Exploration: - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and statistical modelling to derive actionable insights from large datasets. - Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in structured and unstructured data to support decision-making. Algorithm Optimization: - Conduct hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and model performance evaluation (e.g., ROC-AUC, Precision-Recall). - Leverage techniques like PCA and t-SNE for dimensionality reduction and visualization of high-dimensional data. Project Management: - Lead end-to-end data science projects, including gathering requirements, data pre-processing, modelling, validation, and reporting. - Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., product managers, engineers, analysts) to ensure alignment with business goals. Data Visualization and Reporting: - Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, and Seaborn etc. - Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Mentorship and Collaboration: - Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices for machine learning and deep learning workflows. - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipeline integration.
