Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Architect to lead the design and architecture of cutting-edge enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java and Python, modern microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and observability tools, along with a strong understanding of DevOps, SRE practices, and GenAI/LLM-based solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and Python. - Lead the implementation of microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration across services. - Drive cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Define and implement SRE practices, including APM, metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, and SLIs. - Integrate and optimize observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Instana, and ServiceNow AIOps. - Design and implement GenAI/LLM-based solutions for operational automation and intelligent copilots. - Architect robust API and integration frameworks for observability and operational tools. - Evaluate and select appropriate SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis) based on application needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. - Lead DevOps and CI/CD integration efforts, including containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear articulation of technical concepts and architectural decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Must-Have Skills: Java and Python development expertise - Microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Application architecture and design for Java-based systems - SRE principles and observability practices - Hands-on experience with observability platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.) - GenAI/LLM-based solution design - API & integration architecture - Database design and selection (SQL/NoSQL) - DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes - Strong analytical and communication skills - Proven stakeholder management and articulation capabilities Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Experience with AI/ML or GenAI frameworks - Exposure to enterprise IT Ops environments Why Join Us? - Work on transformative technologies and innovative solutions - Collaborate with top-tier talent in a dynamic and inclusive environment - Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and shape technology direction
