Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Architect to lead the design and architecture of cutting-edge enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java and Python, modern microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and observability tools, along with a strong understanding of Dev Ops, SRE practices, and Gen AI/LLM-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and Python.- Lead the implementation of microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration across services.- Drive cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Define and implement SRE practices, including APM, metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, and SLIs.- Integrate and optimize observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, App Dynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Instana, and Service Now AIOps.- Design and implement Gen AI/LLM-based solutions for operational automation and intelligent copilots.- Architect robust API and integration frameworks for observability and operational tools.- Evaluate and select appropriate SQL/No SQL databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, Cassandra, Mongo DB, Redis) based on application needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.- Lead Dev Ops and CI/CD integration efforts, including containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear articulation of technical concepts and architectural decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Must-Have Skills: Java and Python development expertise- Microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)- Application architecture and design for Java-based systems- SRE principles and observability practices- Hands-on experience with observability platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.)- Gen AI/LLM-based solution design- API & integration architecture- Database design and selection (SQL/No SQL)- Dev Ops, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes- Strong analytical and communication skills- Proven stakeholder management and articulation capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)- Experience with AI/ML or Gen AI frameworks- Exposure to enterprise IT Ops environmentsWhy Join Us?- Work on transformative technologies and innovative solutions- Collaborate with top-tier talent in a dynamic and inclusive environment- Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and shape technology direction
