Location La Nature Hotels Resorts Sikar Rajasthan Job Type Full-Time Reports To Housekeeping Manager General Manager Job Summary La Nature Hotels Resorts is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house operations The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene and comfort while leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience Key Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping staff assign duties and ensure quality control Train and guide housekeeping personnel on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Inspect guest rooms public areas and amenities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies linens and guest amenities ensuring timely replenishment Coordinate with maintenance and front desk departments for timely resolution of housekeeping-related issues Implement and maintain housekeeping policies procedures and checklists Ensure compliance with health hygiene and safety regulations Address guest requests complaints and feedback promptly and professionally Maintain housekeeping records reports and staff attendance schedules Assist in planning staff rosters and managing workload efficiently Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures cleaning techniques and hygiene standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with housekeeping management software preferred Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Why Join Us At La Nature Hotels Resorts we offer a professional and welcoming work environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement If you have a passion for hospitality and take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness we invite you to be part of our dedicated team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 17 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
