Key Responsibilities - Engage with executives capture pain points & requirements - Translate needs into ServiceNow solutions - Maintain technical integrity (governance, change control, impact assessments) - Lead architecture & design workshops - Oversee enhancements & enterprise program delivery - Hands-on: Workflows, IntegrationHub, Workspaces, NowAssist, UI/UX, Performance Analytics, scripting (JS, HTML, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, dictionary) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stay updated on latest SNOW practices Qualifications - Delivery Architect role (consulting environment preferred) - 8+ yrs ServiceNow hands-on experience - Strong ITIL/ESM/Asset Mgmt/SecOps/AI/Low-code exposure - Scripting in JavaScript, HTML - Certifications: CSA mandatory; CIS & App Dev preferred - Soft skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, collaboration Engagement Details - Client: Globe Life Insurance (BFSI vertical) - Engagement: Managed Steady State - Primary Skill: Application Mgmt Configuration ServiceNow - Experience Level: Master (8+ yrs ServiceNow exp)
