we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at and on and Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Mobile Automation Testing In this role you will be playing a vital role in the quality of our innovative Software as a Medical Device SaMD application You ll design run and report on automated tests collaborating across Quality Management Technology Development Business Operations and with external development teams to guarantee our applications provide Responsibilities Conduct manual testing including functional regression smoke exploratory and negative testing across various mobile devices in a dynamic environment Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks and scripts Design and execute automated tests for both Android and iOS applications Lead projects by independently troubleshooting debugging and resolving complex technical issues within the testing pipeline Integrate automation suites into CI CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and provide prompt feedback to the development team Collaborate with the team to identify testing requirements and improve overall application quality Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools technologies and processes to improve testing efficiency team productivity and overall product quality Support the implementation of Quality Management System processes throughout the organization Partner with the Quality Management Team to oversee the software release process and prepare Design History File DHF documentation Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related STEM field Hands on experience in software testing demonstrating proficiency in both manual and automation techniques particularly within iOS and Android mobile environments Proven experience with manual testing methodologies including test plan creation test case writing execution and defect tracking for mobile applications Strong programming skills in Node js Demonstrated experience in mobile application automation for both Android and iOS with a strong preference for Appium Good understanding of CI CD principles and experience with pipeline integration Demonstrated ability to work independently coupled with excellent analytical problem-solving and debugging skills Strong verbal and written communication skills organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Skills Experience working within FDA 21 CFR 820 and or ISO 13485 medical device quality management system regulations Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
