About All Is Well Multi Specialist Hospital All Is Well Multi Specialist Hospital is committed to delivering advanced patient-centered healthcare across multiple specialties With modern infrastructure and a compassionate care approach we strive to provide the highest quality treatment and holistic healing for our patients Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Nephrologist to join our medical team The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing treating and managing kidney-related disorders overseeing dialysis units and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat acute and chronic kidney diseases hypertension electrolyte disorders and related conditions Supervise and manage patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in the hospital s dialysis unit Assess and prepare patients for kidney transplantation and provide pre- and post-operative care Prescribe and monitor medications lifestyle plans and therapies to improve renal health Order and interpret diagnostic investigations e g renal biopsies imaging lab tests Collaborate with urologists endocrinologists cardiologists and other specialists for integrated patient management Educate patients and families about kidney health dialysis management and preventive care Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with hospital policies Participate in academic training and research activities within the hospital Qualifications MBBS with MD DNB in General Medicine DM DNB in Nephrology mandatory Valid registration with Medical Council of India State Medical Council Minimum X years of experience in nephrology practice dialysis and transplant preferred Skills Attributes Expertise in dialysis and renal transplantation management Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities Excellent patient communication and counseling skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous learning and medical research Compensation Benefits Attractive salary package insert range Incentives for dialysis and transplant cases Medical and health insurance coverage Opportunities for professional development and CME participation A supportive and collaborative work environment at All Is Well Multi Specialist Hospita Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Burhanpur Madhya Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s How many years of experience do you have as a Nephrologist What is your current salary What is your expected salary Work Location In person
