**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic **Nephrologist** to join our medical team. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing kidney-related disorders, overseeing dialysis units, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic kidney diseases, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and related conditions.
- Supervise and manage patients undergoing **hemodialysis** and **peritoneal dialysis** in the hospital’s dialysis unit.
- Assess and prepare patients for **kidney transplantation**, and provide pre
- and post-operative care.
- Prescribe and monitor medications, lifestyle plans, and therapies to improve renal health.
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations (e.g., renal biopsies, imaging, lab tests).
- Collaborate with urologists, endocrinologists, cardiologists, and other specialists for integrated patient management.
- Educate patients and families about kidney health, dialysis management, and preventive care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Participate in academic, training, and research activities within the hospital.

**Qualifications**
- MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine.
- DM/DNB in Nephrology (mandatory).
- Valid registration with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in nephrology practice (dialysis and transplant preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
