Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and manage all logistics operations inbound and outbound Optimize transportation and distribution networks to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency Oversee warehouse operations including inventory accuracy material handling and storage Collaborate with suppliers vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow Negotiate with transporters freight forwarders and other logistics service providers Implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs on-time delivery freight cost turnaround time etc Ensure compliance with import export regulations E-way bills and other statutory requirements Manage logistics budgeting cost control and vendor performance evaluation Lead and mentor logistics and warehouse teams for high productivity and safety compliance Coordinate with project procurement and production teams for timely dispatch and delivery of materials Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes and systems Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field MBA preferred Experience 8-12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management preferably in a manufacturing or power systems industry Strong knowledge of logistics software ERP SAP WMS TMS Excellent negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Good understanding of statutory requirements related to logistics GST transport etc Effective communication and interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
