You have proven SaaS-based HR software selling experience using a consultative approach. Responsibilities - Meet and exceed sales targets - Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts - Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives - Drive sales with designated local and global partners - Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers Qualifications - 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience - Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems - Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in B2B sales of cloud SaaS HR and related domains. - Preferred experience in HR transformation & strategy You will benefit from our extensive and uncapped commission model.
