Hello Visionary We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly evolving world Wexe2x80x99re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn People who want to make a real impact now and in the future Does that sound like you Then it seems like youxe2x80x99d make an extraordinary addition to our vibrant team Siemens Mobility is a separately managed company of Siemens AG and has been a leading supplier in the field of mobility for over 160 years Our core business includes rail vehicles rail automation and electrification solutions turnkey systems and related services We have always been very innovative in making traveling faster safer and more comfortable Today we need new solutions to new challenges such as climate change and rising populations worldwide That s what drives us That s why we shape mobility with passion always being one step ahead Through digitalization we make infrastructures smart and create opportunities that get us from A to B sustainably and seamlessly Our 38 200 employees are pioneers in mobility who help to keep the world moving We are looking for a Service Manager Process AutomationWe are driving the digitalization and automation of our business processes worldwide using Robotic Process Automation RPA We have already robotized over 700 processes worldwide either in Centers of Excellence in local teams or as part of citizen development The main objectives of robotizing these processes are to improve productivity and support data mining to support us developing in a data driven company Youxe2x80x99ll make a difference by Understand business context business processes and data structures Implement IT services to ensure the effective delivery of RPA solutions and optimize service quality and customer satisfaction Supervise the day-to-day operations of the RPA service desk and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs You will be the main point of contact for our RPA customers and external suppliers providing expert advice on standard processes for RPA service management and ensuring proactive communication and relationship management Conduct regular reviews of RPA service processes and workflows identifying areas for optimization and enhancement Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies Orchestrator Maintenance xe2x80x93 perform regular updates and security fixes supervising the system performance and troubleshooting any software related issues Perform and maintain rights management including access maintenance for defined users both functional and client Review monthly invoices and monitor annual budget Support developing strategies to optimizes the RPA usage in SMO Youxe2x80x99ll win us over by Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable training path Experience in the acquisition analysis project planning and implementation of business processes Knowledge of IT procedures and infrastructures such as directory services file servers Active Directory VMWare virtual clients ticket systems PKI infrastructure software distribution servers Windows Linux Proven experience at least 5 years in IT service management with a focus on RPA solutions ideally with UiPath SAP and ITIL framework Good understanding of RPA technologies platforms implementation methods and PAM solutions Extensive knowledge in the field of database monitoring SQL and IT security Proficiency in at least one common programming or scripting language e g C NET Python or PowerShell for deploying distributing software High level of self-motivation and team-oriented way of working Quick comprehension resilient and assertive Communicative committed and reliable Independent way of working customer- and service-oriented with high quality standards Solid written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisite Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiencies Join us and be yourself We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society Come bring your authentic self and create a better tomorrow with us Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Pune and is an Individual contributor role You might be required to visit other locations within India and outside In return you ll get the chance to work with teams impacting -
