1. Brand Campaigns & Corporate Communications
- Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic communication initiatives.

2. Online Branding & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage content for corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Create reels, graphics, videos, and text content to enhance brand presence.
- Edit and repurpose videos for short-form content.
- Leverage social media tools and analytics to optimize engagement.
3. Media Relations & PR
- Support the Head of Corporate Communications in managing media relationships.
- Draft press releases, media content, and responses to media queries.
- Identify opportunities for organizational branding through traditional and new media.
4. Marketing & Promotional Material
- Develop content and designs for brochures, leaflets, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
5. Event Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external corporate events.
- Coordinate with external agencies for event logistics and branding initiatives.
6. Internal Branding & Employee Engagement
- Work closely with HR and Corporate Communications leadership to enhance internal branding efforts.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and create internal brand ambassadors.
7. Newsletter & Publications
- Assist in creating content for internal newsletters and e-magazines.
- Ensure timely and engaging communication to keep employees informed and engaged.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related domain.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with branding, design tools, and platforms, along with hands-on graphic design expertise.
- Proven track record in managing corporate social media platforms.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
