We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence driving organic traffic and improving our search engine rankings You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies Key Responsibilities Keyword Research Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increasing traffic and improving rankings On-Page Optimization Optimize website content meta tags headings and URLs for target keywords Ensure website structure is SEO-friendly Technical SEO Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors broken links and duplicate content Improve website loading speed and mobile usability Content Strategy Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content Ensure content is relevant high-quality and aligns with SEO best practices Link Building Execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks Identify potential link partners and create outreach campaigns Performance Monitoring Use SEO tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console and SEMrush to monitor website performance track keyword rankings and analyze traffic data Competitor Analysis Analyze competitor websites and strategies to identify new opportunities for growth Reporting Provide regular reports on SEO performance including traffic rankings and other key metrics Suggest improvements and strategies for continued growth Requirements Experience 1-2 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic Technical Skills Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs and Moz Knowledge of HTML CSS and website management platforms e g WordPress Analytical Mindset Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Content Understanding Familiarity with content marketing and its role in SEO Ability to work with content creators to optimize for SEO Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to articulate SEO strategies and results to stakeholders Problem-Solving Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and fix SEO issues quickly Team Player Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with local SEO and optimizing for specific geographic regions Knowledge of social media marketing and its impact on SEO Certification in Google Analytics or related SEO certifications Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with a talented team and grow within the company Access to ongoing training and professional development If you re passionate about SEO and want to be part of a forward-thinking company we d love to hear from you Apply now to join TIT Company and help us drive our digital presence to the next level Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience SEO 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
