About Us Technijian is a dynamic growth-focused company delivering top-tier products and services We run a disciplined results-driven operation and expect the same from our team We re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist Graphic Designer to strengthen our digital marketing presence and elevate our brand s visual impact This hybrid role drives both organic growth and visual engagement across our digital and print channels You ll own SEO and web content performance while developing compelling visuals for web social media and print You must be highly organized precise and comfortable working within structured processes Key Responsibilities SEO Content Optimization Develop implement and refine SEO strategies for multiple WordPress sites Conduct keyword research site audits and competitive analysis with SEMRush Use the Toast SEO WP plugin and AI search to optimize on-page SEO Track analyze and report website and search performance metrics Manage content publishing and SEO on WordPress Content Creation Automation Plan create and automate social media campaigns using SproutSocial Produce and edit video content for digital marketing using Opus Pro HeyGen and Lumen5 Graphic Design Design high-quality visuals illustrations and layouts for web social media and print materials Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Deliver assets for online campaigns print collateral and other channels as needed Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience with SEMRush SproutSocial Opus Pro HeyGen Lumen5 Toast SEO WP plugin WordPress administration and AI-based Search Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign Strong understanding of SEO principles web analytics and content marketing Demonstrated ability to produce engaging on-brand visual content for web social and print Extreme attention to detail delivers high-quality accurate work on tight deadlines Able to communicate clearly in a reserved formal and factual style Bachelor s degree in Marketing Graphic Design Communications or related field preferred Behavioral Cognitive Requirements Serious disciplined detail-oriented and comfortable with clear rules and structure High information gathering before decisions thrives on consistency and process Task-focused precise and expects others to maintain the same standards Meets or exceeds Predictive Index cognitive target score of 260 moderate complexity What We Offer Stable professional and growth-oriented environment Ongoing training in the latest digital and design tools Clear goals and high-impact work no wasted motion no ambiguity Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
