Job Description Job Description : 1. Preparation of sample premixes as per requirements received from marketing team and to send for analysis and to customer for trial purpose. 2. Conduct initial feasibility studies for the pharma development projects. 3. Conduct stability study for premix and pharma development projects. 4. Formulation designing, formulation studies as applicable. 5. Making Cost Data Sheet (CDS) for costing of proposed product 6. Literature search for compatibility of materials, formulations, & others. 7. Maintain calibration of lab instruments and equipment's. 8. Maintain documents of lab trials, analytical reports, samples dispatched, marketing queries, audits, and other day to day work requirements. 9. To follow up and review of pending analysis samples and documents. 10. Procurement of new raw materials as per requirement. 11. To ensure compliance of safety measures, 12. Imparting and organizing the internal training activities for HNH and ANH department concern people. 13. To ensure compliance to audits. 14. To ensure avoidance of breach of data integrity. 15. Responsibility of the producing quality products & maintaining quality & follow QMS. 16. The responsibilities may vary as per reporting managers & applicability.
