Job Description - Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals - Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and manage recruitment trackers and databases in Excel - Maintain candidate data, documentation, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards - Assist in onboarding coordination and other HR operational tasks - Contribute to candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives About Company: Sunstone is a funded ed-tech company that is revolutionizing the higher education space.
