The Opportunity: We are looking for a versatile, curious, and energetic Site Reliability Engineer who embraces solving complex challenges on a global scale. As a Visa Site Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of a DevOps team, responsible for both Operations and Development, with a 70/30 split between the two. You will work within a multi-functional team. The Work Itself: Monitor processing systems. Ensure timely execution, delivery, and availability. Detect and resolve problems. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Set audits and alerts to detect issues. Facilitate maintenance activities. Plan and execute changes as per instructions. Run problem bridges (incident calls/meetings). Strictly adhere to processes and guidelines. Build automation solutions. Thrive in self-motivated internal-innovation driven environment Adapting fast to new application knowledge and changes This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications -Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications -1+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR Recent College Grad with good coding skills -Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited, to Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, python, Javascript, HTML, CSS and Objective-C. -Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on -Result oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills -Highly driven and resourceful -Strong ability to collaborate Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
