Site Reliability Engineer

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in high-availability, mission-critical environments and enjoys ensuring systems operate reliably at scale. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will work during the India 3rd shift to support global operations, maintain service uptime, and proactively address performance issues. You will collaborate with technical teams to improve system resilience, enhance monitoring capabilities, and automate repeatable tasks. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, ownership, and a passion for operational excellence. · Monitor and maintain the reliability, performance, and availability of cloud infrastructure during the India 3rd shift.

· Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes to improve system stability.

· Automate operational workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

· Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance platform monitoring, observability, and alerting.

· Participate in incident response, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Ensure adherence to operational best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

· Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure operations.

· Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, system administration, and monitoring/observability tools.

· Hands-on experience with automation using scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

· Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, Linux/Windows systems, and incident management processes.

· Ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure and work effectively during night or off-hour shifts.

· Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and a commitment to reliability and service quality.
