Job OverviewRole Mastercam ProgrammerLocation PuneEmployment Type Full-timeRoles and Responsibilities The ideal have to handle entire CNC VMC Operations using Mastercam software Have to sound knowledge of Drawing Interpretation Able to read and modify G-Code and program in Mastercam Able to perform Setup load and set tools and modify tools offsets Able to work in Group and team Attention to details Carefully and meticulous on production and product quality Write CNC Program in Mastercam to produce accurate and high quality parts Create Load edit and store CNC Program Perform basic and complex setups of machines by entering instruction including zero and reference points setting tools offsets compensation and conditional switches Produce machined components and products on both CNC and manual machine shop equipment lathe and mills Reduce production failure and improve yields Maintain the standard production schedule and quality Perform routine cleaning and maintenance Perform milling turning drilling tapping sawing and sanding task Assemble repair and fabricate metal parts Perform Final operations including de-burring cleaning and inspecting parts Other duties as needed Department and coordinate activities with QC and planning dept This position reports directly to senior management Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 5-6 Years of experience in machine tools occupation including CNC machines Milling Lathe saws and various machine shop tools Must be Proficient in Mastercam software and CNC VMC machining processes Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
