Hulladek Recycling is hiring – Business Support Manager Looking for a dynamic professional to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote sustainable e-waste management solutions.• Franchise Inbound Lead Handling • New Recycler Identification & Onboarding • Recycler Payment Coordination• Documentation & Portal Management • Return Filing Support • Build and maintain and maintain strong working relationships with recyclers, franchises, and vendors. Key Skills & Competencies: 1. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to interact with customers and internal teams. Active listening to understand client concerns and provide relevant solutions. 2. Customer Service Excellence Positive and empathetic approach toward customers. Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally. 3. Organizational Skills Effective time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Structured approach to maintaining documentation and schedules. 4. Problem-Solving Ability Quick thinking to resolve operational or service-related issues. Proactive approach in identifying potential problems before they escalate. 5.
