Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT support services. Sales & Business Development Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Promote and sell the company’s IT products, software solutions, and services. Conduct client presentations, product demos, and technical consultations. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth. Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally. 3. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Assist clients with proposal documentation, agreements, and contracts. 4. Market & Competitor Analysis Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products. Provide feedback to the team and management regarding market demands and opportunities. Identify new market segments and recommend strategies for business expansion. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools. Ability to understand technical product specifications and client requirements. Soft Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
