If you are passionate about building high-performance backend systems and scalable microservices, we would love to meet you Position: Senior Java Backend Developer Experience Required: 6+ years Locations: Hyderabad / Bengaluru Work mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Build and enhance microservices-based architecture for high scalability and availability. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Write clean, reusable, optimized, and well-documented code. - Implement secure coding practices and ensure application performance and quality. - Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and deliver effective resolutions. - Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to best engineering practices. Core Technical Skills - Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs. - Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems. - Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred. - Hands-on experience with performance tuning and application optimization. Ideal Candidate Profile - 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience. - Good understanding of system design and architectural principles. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
