The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java (Java 11/17), Spring Framework, and API development, along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and modern DevOps practices including Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable, and high-performance backend services while adhering to agile methodologies and software engineering best practices. Mandatory Skills - Java (Java 11 or above) - Spring Boot / Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security) - Microservices architecture - RESTful API design and development - Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) - Version control using Git - Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito) - Build tools (Maven/Gradle) - Docker and containerization concepts - CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) - Agile development methodology
