Job Description QA Professional Mosaic Wellness is looking for a dedicated QA Professional to oversee all personal care site work. In this crucial role, you'll ensure rigorous quality control across all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods, guaranteeing compliance and upholding our high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure packaging material conforms to approvals, including artwork and vendor specifications. - Responsible for taking Finished Goods (FG) approval before dispatch, as per the agreement with the co-manufacturer. - Verify Raw Materials (RM) meet specifications and ensure co-manufacturing uses the correct material quality. - Ensure timely testing, COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and other respective documentation accompany each consignment. - Escalate any non-compliances to the NPD (New Product Development) / Quality Team. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and validate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Perform product stability checks regularly. - Ensure vendor agreements and testing protocols are strictly followed by co-manufacturers. - Document any change management from respective stakeholders. - Track RFT% (Right First Time) and work on improving non-conformity rates. - Coordinate with the NPD, R&D Innovation team for trials. - Actively participate with the supply team for new vendor registration and onboarding. - Track improvement, performance, and address any internal issues. - Lead and coordinate legal compliances from the company's side. Required Skills: - Good communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external departments. - Strong decision-making ability. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel and strong documentation capabilities. - Ability to perform as an individual contributor while also being a strong team player. - Technically sound in quality and regulatory aspects. Key Expectations: - Ability to travel frequently between supplier and manufacturer sites. - Ensure zero critical incidents. - Maintain 100% product quality consistency.
