Founded in 1967, It has been a leader in business transformation for over 50 years, leveraging technology to address a wide range of business needs, from strategy and design to managing operations.The company is committed to unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future, helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.They provide a variety of services, including consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services.Job Details:-location : Pan IndiaMode Of Work : HybridNotice Period : Immediate JoinersExperience : 6-8yrsType Of Hire : Contract to HireJob Description:Primary ResponsibilitiesA highly skilled and hands-on QA Lead with strong experience in test automation using Playwright or Cypress(good to have) or any other automation platform.Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution across squads.Should be skilled to develop test plan, coverage and responsible for test case quality across the entire Squad and should be able to identify all test scenarios during the grooming phasesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).Perform hands-on testing (manual and automated) for web applicationsShould be able to review and make all necessary changes on regression packs for any new feature releaseShould have automation first mind set and be able to identify and define roadmaps for test cases to be automatedThis role requires a balance of leadership, technical expertise, hands on experience to write test cases, automation scripts and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure timely resolution.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the automation framework.Required Skills8-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a QA lead role.Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation or any other leading platforms.Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Optional SkillsExperience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
