Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the content team to understand and execute video requirements.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form Reels that are engaging and brand-aligned.
- Maintain consistent video quality (lighting, sound, visuals).
- Apply storytelling techniques and creative input to enhance videos.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends for optimized content.
- Deliver projects on time and adapt to changes as needed.
- Add basic animations, transitions, and text overlays.
- Manage video equipment to ensure readiness for shoots.
- Contribute ideas for new video concepts.

Qualifications:

- Degree/certification in Film, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant videography work.
- Proven experience in videography, particularly for Instagram Reels.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects).
- Understanding of Instagram&aposs platform requirements.
- Ability to work with scripts and provide creative input.
- Knowledge of lighting, sound, and video production.
- Attention to detail and high-quality output.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.
