Summary PTR Global is seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Client Analytics Manager to serve as the central operations and reporting partner supporting Delivery Managers and leadership. This individual will play a pivotal role in connecting data with decision-making, translating complex metrics into actionable insights that drive performance across multiple client programs. The ideal candidate will confidently represent analytics in key meetings, manage high-visibility reporting processes, and deliver impactful presentations that inform business strategies. Job Description - Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and Delivery Managers, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and visibility into key performance metrics. - Manage reporting and analytics across multiple client programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all deliverables. - Consolidate and interpret performance data from VMS platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to create actionable insights. - Build and maintain master analytics dashboards and data sets, with future integration into Salesforce CRM. - Develop and deliver executive-ready reports and presentations for QBRs, client scorecards, and leadership reviews. - Partner with Delivery Managers to produce client-facing reports that clearly translate data into business insights and performance trends. - Participate in regular meetings to review metrics, highlight opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytics processes and ensure data integrity across systems. - Represent analytics and performance reporting in internal or client meetings as needed, demonstrating strong command of metrics and outcomes. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in staffing operations, analytics, or program management within workforce solutions or a similar environment. - Deep understanding of staffing terminology, VMS processes, and client performance metrics. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create data visualizations and executive-level presentations. - Experience working with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Bullhorn, and various VMS platforms. - Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills—able to transform complex data into meaningful insights. - Proactive and independent, with the ability to identify trends, anticipate needs, and provide actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Preferred: ability to share a PowerPoint or Excel sample demonstrating data visualization and metric tracking during the interview process.
