Job Description The Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)Engineer will utilize expert level experience and knowledge of on-premises Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Identity Manager, Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Directory Synchronization tools, for a large enterprise environment operations support and administration. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Required Skill and Experience: - Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues. - Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise environment. - TroubleshootMicrosoft Identity Manager (MIM)on-premises servers and M365 resources. - Generate operational documentation including change management paperwork. - Work on multiple operational issues at one time - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required. - Produce technical and operational documentation. Role Requirements - Must have experience with MIM 2016 or FIM 2012 R2 Sync, implementation, and management of FIM/MIM identity solutions utilizing Portal. - 5 years minimum of progressive experience in supporting environments using Microsoft platforms with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365. - Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience. - Demonstrate a customer focused attitude. - 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience - Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience. - Experience with creating and leveraging PowerShell scripting and automation. - ITIL experience (preferred) - Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment. - Good understanding of change management - Microsoft Certified Professional certification is a plus.
