Responsibilities - Manage and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects - Collaborate with project managers to understand resource requirements - Track resource utilization and availability - Develop and maintain resource management processes and tools - Monitor project timelines and adjust resource allocation as necessary - Provide guidance and support to team members regarding resource-related issues - Prepare reports on resource usage and forecast future resource needs - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding resource management Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field - 11-16 years of experience in resource management or similar roles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in resource management software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Experience in project management methodologies
