Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer (5-8 Years Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with 5-8 years of proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of X++, data entities, extensions, integrations, and system performance optimization. This role involves working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and extend functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, C#, and related technologies. - Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications (using OData, Data Entities, APIs, Power Platform). - Create and optimize SSRS reports, data entities, and batch jobs. - Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. - Implement best practices for performance tuning, security, and code optimization. - Support code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. - Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and production support. - Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. ---------------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O development. - Strong expertise in X++ programming, extensions framework, and customizations. - Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, including AOT, tables, forms, classes, workflows, and security roles. - Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and Data Entities. - Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS reporting, and database concepts. - Experience with Azure DevOps for version control, builds, and deployments. - Exposure to integration techniques (OData, APIs, Power Automate, Logic Apps). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ---------------------------------------- Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate (or equivalent). - Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain modules. - Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). - Hands-on experience in LCS (Lifecycle Services) and environment management. ---------------------------------------- Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred. ---------------------------------------- About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
