Why JCI: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=nrbigjbpxkg Asia-Pacific LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/johnson-controls-asia-pacific/posts/feedView=all Career: The Power Behind Your Mission OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive How will you do it - Responsible for collection activities related to a broad cross section of Johnson Controls customer portfolios - Analyze accounts and set targets - Collection plan / strategy at the beginning of month - Responsible for performing collection activities on active customers in allocated portfolio to drive past due, dispute and unapplied cash reduction. - Manage Collection processes, provide early stage customer service and, where necessary, raise cases involving customer complaints - Co-ordination with customers and cash application team for remittance advise. - Support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding invoicing, collection and cash application. - Account reconciliation - follow up with sales team and review open points and request customer master team to update system. - Manage and request/enter Adjustments, Promise to Pay/ Deductions / Payment Plans / Write Off's - Advise on issuing Dunning Letters and/or Legal Proceedings for uncollected receivables. - Maintain call logs and expected payment dates using your daily interactions with customers to encourage timely payment, as well as proactive contact on non-due invoices. - Analyze aging debt reports and initiate calls to, as well as receive calls from customers What we look for - Graduate / Postgraduate / Master's Degree in any stream Proficient in both verbal and written business communications 3 - 5 Years of experience required in North America Collections process. Systems knowledge in ERPs ( BaaN, Great Plains & SAP) . Proficiency in MS Excel and Collections Tools like GetPaid, Contact Tool, High Radius will be preferred. Excellent customer service, business communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines What We Offer We offer an exciting and challenging position.
