Your Mission (The Grand Design) - 🧠 Forge our Core SLM (Small Language Model): You will lead the development of our proprietary model from the ground up. You don't just use tools; you understand how they work and can build from the ground up when necessary. - A Model Builder, Not Just a Model User.
