Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage the civil project team and provide daily updates to the central team - Coordinate with internal business units and cross-functional teams to execute store civil works - Validate site measurements, layouts, and technical drawings - Review and approve work orders, bills, and invoices - Prequalify and assess vendors/subcontractors for technical, financial, and compliance suitability - Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM) - Approve purchase orders and ensure timely supplier payments - Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, including price negotiations - Maintain the asset register and manage asset approval processes - Monitor civil work progress to ensure schedule adherence - Train new vendors on company policies, quality standards, and operational workflows - Ensure quality execution within allocated civil timelines and budgets - Structure and enforce contractual terms, payment milestones, and dispute resolution mechanisms - Coordinate effectively with procurement, finance, and engineering departments
