1 Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities including material receipt storage and issue Ensure proper stacking labeling and identification of materials Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in ERP system Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system data Monitor FIFO FEFO principles for material movement 2 Dispatch Logistics Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per sales orders and schedules Prepare and verify dispatch documents Invoices E-way bills Packing Lists etc Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and timely deliveries Ensure proper loading unloading and secure packaging of goods Track dispatched consignments and update stakeholders on delivery status 3 Documentation Compliance Maintain GRN material inward outward registers and other warehouse records Ensure all documentation complies with statutory and company requirements Support audits by providing required records and information 4 Safety Housekeeping Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards Ensure compliance with safety procedures during handling and storage of materials Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly 5 Team Coordination Supervise helpers and loading unloading staff Coordinate with production purchase quality and logistics teams for smooth operations Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
