Job Description Events Marketing Manager Responsibilities - Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and executions. - Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees. - Hands-on experience of using ai tools to create banners, social media post, HTML mailers - Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral. - Execute lead generation campaigns related to events using CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot - Design and manage event show run- seatings, - Manage on-site event presence and communications. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan. - Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral. - Design promotional material for events. - Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals Requirements and skills - 6+ yrs Bachelor's/ master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. - Exceptional project management skills. - Creativity and an eye for detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and oral. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience working with senior-level executives. - Willingness to travel for domestic and global events. - Diplomacy, tact, and a customer-focused approach
