Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, developing relationships with customers, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Sales Strategies
- Experience in preparing and delivering Sales Presentations
- Proficiency with CRM software and Sales Tracking tools
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Marketing sector of FMCG is a plus
