Role Overview

As a Fashion Sales Associate at Terzee, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized styling advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clientele. Your expertise will help clients discover ensembles that resonate with their personal style, while also contributing to the showroom's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet clients warmly, understand their fashion needs, and offer tailored styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections, including fabric details, embroidery techniques, and design inspirations, to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Sales Achievement: Drive sales by recommending complementary pieces, upselling, and cross-selling to meet individual and showroom targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the showroom's aesthetic by ensuring displays are aligned with Terzee's brand image and seasonal themes.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking, and communicate inventory needs to the management team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Operational Support: Assist in daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or fashion sales.
  • Strong passion for fashion and an appreciation for South Asian design aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Inter pass or above.
