About Axis Direct Product:
The Axis Direct Product Team is responsible for managing the distribution of Axis Direct Product, an Online
Trading Platform offered by Axis Securities which is a 100% Subsidiary of Axis Bank. Axis bank acts as a distributor
of Axis Direct Product via all the available channels such as Branch Banking, Liability Sales and Salary Channels
About the Role
The Axis Direct Product manager will be responsible for achievement of Axis Direct Acquisition and Revenue
targets in line with the Bank's goal and market trends to drive growth. The role is to collaborate with all the
distribution channels of Bank and creating a strong relationship with the stakeholders along with the Partner
teams i.e., Axis Securities team. The role also involves creating enablers for the product along with Planning,
Calendarizing, and ensuring smooth execution of Centralized campaigns to boost business objective.
Key Responsibilities
1. He will be part of the Third-Party Product team and will be responsible for all aspects of business activities
related to Axis Direct Product (Online trading platform offered by Axis Securities Ltd.)
2. Primary role is to increase visibility, deeper penetration and increased mindshare of Axis Direct product by
engaging with Regional and Circle teams of Branch Banking and Liability Sales channel.
3. Design, create enablers and rollout campaigns aimed at achieving the vital business parameters viz.
acquisition and subscription. To support the respective stakeholders, achieve the annual budgets.
4. Continuous and close interaction with Channel teams (Liability Sales, Salary, BRO, Priority, Burgundy & NRI)
to increase Axis Direct product penetration and achieve business objectives.
5. To schedule and facilitate Product trainings at Branch and Circles to increase the product knowledge, KRA
and IPG points awareness.
6. Interacting and influencing the Branch banking & Liability Sales teams in coordination with Partners team (Axis Direct Sales team) to ensure support at all levels and plan logins days or structured drives so that relevant teams are aligned towards MTD & YTD budgets. 7. Liaising with BIU teams to ensure timely and accurate business dashboards and campaign reports are published. 8. Keeping track of various escalations related to Axis Direct products such as account opening, IPG points credit to resources, customer brokerage & other requirements. 9. Conduct strategic planning and monitoring resource level productivity by enhancing sales processes. 10. Responsible for channel management and partner management. 11. Responsible for meeting / strategizing and supporting Circle offices and branches through support of TPP team and Partner (Axis Securities) 12. Oversee the Axis Direct Product trainings in coordination with Axis Direct CO team and ensure that the adequate Product/Process and Sales skills training is imparted to Staff to ensure Right-Sell approach. 13. Responsible for creating enablers for Resources in coordination with the BIU team such as High Propensity Leads and Campaign Management team to launch D2C campaigns for Axis Direct Product 14. Track and monitor the conversion and publish the dashboards / updates at Region, Circle, Cluster, Branch and Resource level. 15. Responsible for visiting the Regional and Circle Offices and monitor feedback received from Circle Heads on branch visits to understand/identify ground reality. 16. Requires travel to different Circles and visit branches to further understand the opportunities and requirements on Axis Direct Product
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute with at least 12-15 years of experience and good
knowledge of fundamentals of Third-Party Products (such as broking & mutual funds) and its sales processes
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: . Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills. . Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills . Ability to work effectively across functions and Hierarchy. . Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals. . Needs to be very approachable and should have the ability to guide and be the first point of contact for the employees. . Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders. . Ability to successfully implement the drives and campaigns initiated from time to time. . High skills on MS Excel, capability to work on large data to derive meaningful insights.
