RB - Third Party Products Compliance Audit and Risk Management - Lead INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies 1 Reports to Is a Team leader No Team Size 1 Grade AVP Business Department Retail Banking Sub-Department TPP Location Mumbai About TPP The Third Party Products Team is responsible for managing the products which are manufactured by third parties like Life or General Insurance Company is manufacturer of insurance plans an AMC is the manufacturer of Mutual funds Bank acts as a distributor of these products with respective regulatory approvals licensing like AMFI Registration for distribution of Mutual Funds Corporate Agency licensing for Insurance products etc About the Role The Third Party Products Compliance Audit and Risk Management Lead will be responsible for managing all the revenue streams from all Non-Core banking products for the Bank The role will be responsible for setting up policies and directives from a regulatory perspective to ensure that the Bank is at all times compliant with extant regulations Towards achieving this objective this team will proactively identify areas which are falling short of stated requirements through the active deployment of diagnostic reports which will also be tracked by this team Once anomalies have been identified they will actively work to progressively eliminate these instances Key Responsibilities Achieve Premium Fee and YoY New Business Growth from LIC by actively engaging with TPP sales team LIC Regional team and LIC CO team End to end onboarding of new products of Life Insurance across partners in CRM Control business quality in terms of leakage customer complaint persistency policy issuance of LIC business by setting up right processes and controls Managing end to end audit and compliance requirements pertaining to LIC business Active involvement in departmental projects and driving adoption on the ground Addressing field query and providing resolution within specified TATs Formulating sales plans strategies and launching and executing initiatives to drive LIC business on the ground Active co-ordination with ABR and BIU teams to have an end-to-end understanding of LIC business creating right dashboards and analytics to drive LIC business Qualifications Work ex- 8-10 Years Role Proficiencies Good communication both verbal and written skill in both English and the local language Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work successfully as a part of a team High standards of integrity and compliant outlook ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open Women LGBTQIA and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
