Job Description About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support campaign execution, affiliate operations, reporting, and funnel management. You will work to handle manual and time-consuming tasks, streamline workflows, and ensure smooth end-to-end marketing operations.This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with data, numbers, and marketing performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Partner Management - Manage day-to-day coordination with external marketing partners. - Track performance, verify deliverables, and maintain payout records. - Share performance reports and help optimize campaigns. Reporting & Analytics - Maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards for campaigns and funnels. - Use SQL (preferred) to extract data, build basic queries, and support analysis. - Identify performance gaps, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Campaign Execution & Funnel Management - Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns. - Track funnel stages Top, Middle and Bottom - Run A/B tests, monitor results, and support performance optimization. Operational Support - Handle tasks to free up bandwidth for the growth team. - Maintain trackers, SOPs, and documentation for smooth functioning. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution and reporting needs. Requirements - 02 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing analysis - Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with data. - Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have - Experience with affiliate marketing or partner management. - Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools, or dashboards. - Exposure to growth marketing, lead funnels, or campaign tools.
