Financial Controller

Role Overview
The Finance Controller will oversee all financial operations, providing leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. With at least 10 years of experience, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our operations while maintaining fiscal discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term projections for D2C growth.
- Manage accounting functions such as AP/ARl, tax compliance, and financial reporting in line with Indian GAAP/IFRS.
- Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and cost optimization to support business decisions.
- Oversee audits, ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GST, TDS), and implement internal controls.
- Collaborate with leadership on funding strategies, investor relations, and profitability analysis for new product lines.
- Manage all daily accounting activities like income and expenditure.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA or equivalent qualification; MBA in Finance is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or D2C sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record in managing multi-location finances and driving cost efficiencies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with pan-India operations and startup scaling preferred.
