Job Description Job Title: Executive/Sr. ExecutiveE-commerce Ads Location: Noida Department: Marketing / E-commerce Experience: 23years (in e-commerce performance marketing or campaign management) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms (such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platform ad dashboards, strong analytical skills, and a proven record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Quick Commerce portals. Manage daily campaign operations including budget allocation, bid adjustments, keyword optimization, and ad placements. Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, and sales growth, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Identify trends and insights to improve performance and achieve business goals. Coordinate with account managers from marketplaces for campaign strategy and new opportunities. Stay updated on new ad formats, policies, and promotional opportunities across platforms. Work closely with the sales and supply teams to ensure inventory alignment with ad campaigns. Support brand visibility initiatives and assist in planning seasonal sale campaigns and launch promotions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce campaign management or performance marketing. Hands-on experience managing ads on Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce Ads portals. Strong understanding of PPC, display, sponsored ads, and in-app promotions. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Improvement in ROAS / ACOS Increase in sales and conversions via ad platforms Reduction in wasted ad spend Growth in brand visibility and share of voice
