Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing expert advice on automotive products and services, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with potential buyers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves direct interaction with clients in our showroom and requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Qualifications

- Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
