build scale and drive strategic partnerships for SymphonyAI Enterprise IT This role will be instrumental in developing and executing high-impact go-to-market GTM strategies with MSPs consultants Hyperscalers GSIs such as Microsoft TCS Infosys Accenture and Deloitte and reseller networks The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in strategic alliances revenue-focused partner development and direct sales experience A proven track record of driving partner-led sales opening new markets and executing large enterprise deals will be critical Candidates with strong educational credentials e g IIT IIM or equivalent and a background in high-growth SaaS or enterprise IT environments will be preferred Key Responsibilities Develop Execute Global Partnership StrategiesBuild and manage strategic alliances with GSIs MSPs resellers and key technology partners to drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration Define and execute joint go-to-market GTM initiatives that expand SymphonyAIs presence in global markets Collaborate with Microsoft and hyperscale ecosystem partners to enhance SymphonyAIs position as a preferred AI SaaS solution provider Revenue Generation Sales CollaborationDrive partner-influenced revenue through joint solution selling co-marketing and sales enablement initiatives Leverage direct sales experience to align partnerships with SymphonyAIs enterprise sales teams for co-sell success Lead contract negotiations deal structuring and partner incentives to ensure win-win engagements C-Level Engagement Thought LeadershipEstablish and nurture executive relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers within partner organizations Champion SymphonyAIs AI-powered ITSM vision in industry events thought leadership forums and partner conferences Performance Tracking Market IntelligenceDefine and measure KPIs for partner-driven sales performance pipeline acceleration and market penetration Stay ahead of industry trends competitive moves and emerging partnership opportunities What Were Looking For15 years of experience in strategic partnerships alliances and business development within enterprise IT SaaS or AI-powered solutions Direct sales experience is a strong plus particularly in high-value enterprise SaaS or IT solutions Proven track record in partner-led revenue generation with a history of driving 10M ARR growth through alliances Strong relationships and GTM experience with Microsoft AWS Google Cloud and GSIs like Accenture Deloitte and TCS Infosys Excellent executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies Experience in ITSM IT operations or AI-powered enterprise software is highly desirable A high-caliber educational background IIT IIM or equivalent premier institutions preferred
