Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in the Uluberia subdivision in third party payroll. The FTC - HRBP will be responsible for the blue collar workforce and will be looking after the whole end to end process - onboarding -recruitment -grievance -engagement -payroll -offboarding etc immediate joiner preference. roster wise 1 day off will be given on rotational basis. it's a onsite job. Qualifications - Knowledge of HR Policies and comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices - Experience in managing Employee Relations and promoting a positive workplace environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work on-site in Uluberia - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
