Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions a leading recruitment consultancy firm We are hiring for our client company a leading firm infield of Mobile App Data Scrapping established 5 years before having employee strength of 120 Position Title Python Tech LeadLocation Corporate Road AhmedabadWork Timing Flexible 9 5 Hours Day 5 Days WeekJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Python Tech Lead to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers driving the architecture and development of robust and scalable Python applications and ensuring the successful delivery of projects This role requires strong technical skills leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of software development best practices Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Python developers Foster a collaborative and productive team environment Project Management Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Code Review Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high code quality adherence to standards and knowledge sharing within the team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Innovation Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices Introduce new tools and methodologies to improve the development process Problem Solving Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges Provide solutions to complex problems and ensure the stability and performance of the applications Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development with at least 1 5 years in a leadership role Technical Skills Proficiency in Python and related frameworks e g Scrappy Knowledge of front-end technologies e g HTML CSS JavaScript is a plus Familiarity with databases SQL and NoSQL Experience with version control systems e g Git Soft Skills Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Certifications Relevant certifications in Python or software development are a plus
