We are hiring an energetic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager ASM to oversee field sales operations dealer appointments and managing a team of Field Sales Executives FSEs in the assigned territory The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the automobile or electric vehicle industry with a strong understanding of channel sales and territory management Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives FSEs to achieve sales and dealer acquisition targets Identify and onboard new dealers and sub-dealers in the assigned region Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales and ensure high satisfaction Plan and execute local promotional and branding activities at dealer locations or strategic points Monitor market trends and competitor activities suggest strategies to increase market share Prepare and present periodic sales reports forecasts and team performance updates to senior management Ensure that the team adheres to company policies reporting structures and ethical standards Eligibility Criteria Education Minimum Higher Secondary 12th pass Graduation preferred Experience 2-4 years in automobile electric vehicle sales with team management exposure Age Limit Maximum 30 years Gender Male candidates preferred due to field travel requirements Compensation Salary 22 000 to 27 000 per month based on experience Incentives Performance-based incentives Travel Allowance Reimbursement of travel expenses as per company policy including local and outstation field travel Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question s Do you have relevant work experience We are looking for immediate Joiners can you Join Immediately Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Field Sales 2 years Required B2B sales 2 years Required Language Bengali Preferred License Certification Driving Licence Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
