Job Title Platform Engineering Engineer 3Common accountabilities - Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature xe2x80x8b- Receives instruction guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments xe2x80x8b- May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business Specific accountabilities Manage infrastructure components such as various platform components containers and cloud operations The Platform Engineering role builds and maintains the platforms which form the base for the run of software solutions and services We are mainly looking for windows sysadmin and QlikSome details on the role but not limited to-Maintaining applications hosted on AWS cloud and other public cloud providers-System admin activities on Windows and Linux machines-Production support for cloud hosted applications-Windows system patching -Monitoring of servers -Configuring firewall in AWS -Investigating troubleshooting and solving technical issues encountered on the platforms -Supporting releasing activities for different cloud applications -Coordination with different teams -Performing POC in new upcoming technologies-Implementing maintaining and constantly improving operational processes for Airport IT platforms -Scripting Bash Python Powershell -Prepare documentation on how to operate platforms and train the Operations staff as necessary -Support Operations staff with complex problems and act as an expert within one or more specific areas Diversity InclusionAmadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the tech industry enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment attracting the best talent from all backgrounds and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience Amadeus is an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender race ethnicity sexual orientation age beliefs disability or any other characteristics protected by law
