Position Airports Air Cargo Ground Staff Company Overview Viswamitempowersolution is a leading provider of comprehensive air cargo and ground handling services in Mumbai Maharashtra India With a strong commitment to efficiency safety and customer satisfaction we strive to deliver the best possible service to our clients We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airports Air Cargo Ground Staff In this role you will be responsible for handling the movement of cargo and providing efficient ground support services at the airport Your main duties will include loading and unloading cargo operating cargo handling equipment and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods Key Responsibilities - Load and unload cargo from aircraft using appropriate equipment and techniques - Operate forklifts tugs and other ground handling equipment to move cargo - Prepare and secure cargo for transportation ensuring proper weight distribution and labeling - Conduct inspections of cargo and aircraft to ensure compliance with safety regulations - Coordinate with other ground staff to ensure smooth and timely operations - Maintain accurate records of all cargo movements and transactions - Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues - Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment - Keep the work area clean and organized at all times - Assist with other airport duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in air cargo or ground handling is preferred - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for the aviation industry we would love to have you join our team at Viswamitempowersolution We offer competitive salaries benefits and opportunities for growth and development Apply now and become a part of our dynamic and dedicated team
