We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Incharge to oversee daily site operations and ensure timely cost-effective and high-quality execution of construction activities The role involves managing labor supervising subcontractors maintaining progress reports and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise day-to-day site activities according to the project schedule Coordinate with engineers contractors vendors and labor teams Ensure execution as per architectural and structural drawings Manage manpower material and machinery efficiently Monitor progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports DPR Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards Maintain site documentation including material stock attendance bills etc Ensure implementation of safety protocols and compliance with regulations Identify delays or technical issues and coordinate resolutions Attend site meetings with management and consultants Assist in planning procurement and usage of materials Key Skills Strong site management and team leadership skills Ability to read and interpret civil structural drawings Familiarity with construction materials methods and standards Good knowledge of project planning and execution Working knowledge of MS Office AutoCAD preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications 6 years of site execution experience in building or infrastructure projects Proven experience handling a site independently Knowledge of local construction practices and labor laws Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Malappuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience site in charge 6 years Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
